• We’ve replaced drill in place, gasket-type mechanical tees. We’ve eliminated the risk of onsite installers leaving coupons and shavings inside sprinkler tube. Our fabrication shop utilizes Quality Control measures to ensure all coupons have been counted and documented per system.
• Wastage recycled back to local scrap yards.
• System pipe and outlets are all ULC / FM meeting a pressure rating of 300PSI.
• We will guarantee a leak-free system. Any leaking weld-O-lets will be replaced at no cost.
• All sizes of grooved and threaded outlets can be welded on all sizes of Sch.10 / Sch.40 Tube sizes 1 1/4 to 10 inches.
• Complete fire Sprinkler System packages can be completed and delivered to your job sites.
• Capacity to weld and bundle a minimum of 1000 outlets per day giving your company confidence to deliver systems to job sites with minimal lead times.
• We will bundle and label your pipe to meet your specific job flow.
